Small Find My iPhone Issue

My son use to use a white iPhone 3GS (as an "iPhouch"), but now he uses a black iPod Touch (4th Gen) and my mother-in-law uses the white iPhone.

Now, on Find My iPhone, on the picture of my son's device is white and my mother-in-law's is black. Neither look like a Touch.

Is there a way to fix this minor issue?

You have non-stop weird little issues... it's wild. No, I have nothing constructive to add, just wanted to say that.
 
Maybe try removing from Find My iPhone and re-adding?

Is the color of the device even specified in the software? I guess they can tell by the serial number.
