Small, easy to use PHP photo gallery

I want something that is easy to set up. I tried installing Gallery and it is huge and bloated. I just want something that will organize them into albums, and automatically resize thumbnails and all images on upload. What ones do you guys use?

I use qdig, it's very small but does image resize on the fly and saves the output to the server. You can add descriptions to the images which are saved as normal individual text files. Embeds nicely with existing template layouts too so you can integrate into your site.

I like minigal, except it has problems making thumbnails for bmp files?

I have been playing with qdig and like the fact that it's only one index.php file and all of the settings are right in there. Thanks guys.

not sure, I haven't used it for bmp's
