Small business calender / invoices / database software?

My parents built a dog kennel (pet boarding). They are opening the doors in a month.

They need some small business software that will print up invoices, have a calender for the clients, a database of the customers, their info, dog info, stuff like that.

Anyone have a suggestion of something that would be all inclusive for this?

I was thinking about writing it myself in Visual Basic, but it will take some time and I don't know if a month is enough for me 🙂
 
Take a look into Quickbooks


With the exception of a calendar (unsure), Access should also have most of that type of stuff readily available or easly created through a wizard.
 
I found an awesome little app that is made specifically for dog kennel tracking. iMagic Kennel Reservation v1.9 🙂

It is $200... but I think it is well worth it's functionality.
