My sytem specs are:
ASUS A8N-SLI DELUXE
AMD 64-Bit FX-55
2x Geforce 6800 Ultras in SLI
2x OCZ PC3200 512MB EL Dual CH Platinum Rev 2
2x 200GB DiamondMax 10 HDs

I was looking through some posts here and tried some of the suggestions..my Hard Drives are in DMA Mode so that cant be it.. I noticed I lost the commas in some places like when I'm in explorer and it says the file size of a file instead of it saying "921,504 KB" it says "921504 KB". Does this mean anything bad? Each HD has 2gb of space left to run.. 1 of my RAM chips recently got fried so i sent that ni for RMA and when I got it back i didnt notice that much of a boost from the temporary ram i was using. I cant find the exact name of the ram but its maybe 3-4 yrs old. Are there any RAM settings i should be looking for to see if anything changed?

Are you saying that you have 400 gb of storage space and that you are within 4 gb of running out of hard drive space ??? If so, that is your problem.

ya thats what i had but i cleaned my computer to see if that would fix it..so i have 30gb and 18gb free on the hard drives.. I have kaspersky 6.0 and i have no viruses. I noticed my computer is fine/fast when i start it.. i use firefox and that gets sluggish sometimes when i have alot of tabs open but i dont see why that would slow down my computer when it can handle more than a bunch of websites opened up.. is there some kind of memory leak with firefox? because when i close alot of tabs its still kinda slow after.
