Slow Windows boot up with Live! installed

Sorry to post again but I didnt get much response before. Basically my problem is I have an IWill KK266 with the 0426 BIOS installed. Everything is working fine until I put my SBLive in. Windows boots up and redetects all the devices (drivers/software are already installed). However, the NEXT time Windows boots up it takes twice as long. If I remove the Live it goes back to normal speed.

The 0426 includes some fixes for the VIA/Live data corruption bug. I am wondering if one of these new BIOS settings is causing the problem?

Thanks

Hmmm. It seems to be a conflict of some sort between the AMI IDE controller and the Live!. Having both devices present is OK, the problem seems to be when the boot drive is on the AMI controller.

Another update. It only seems to happen on a Restart, from a cold boot it's fine.

The factors are: SBlive installed, AMI controller Enabled, Boot drive on AMI controller, System Restart.

I have just flashed to the latest KK266-R BIOS too, made no difference.
