Slow Dsl Connection help

Hey guys, i recently was gone for 2 days and came back...turned my computer on and noticed a slower connection than usual. I thought it was another random lag spike so just restarted the router but nothing happened. Its been like this for about 3 days (130kbps down). I have tried to switch cables but nothing seems to help. When i go to check the speed on my other computer it gets about 600kbps normal.
Any ideas on why this may be happening?
Should i post hijackthis log?

You know immediately the fault must lie in your computer and not in the dsl line, and step one for me would be to repair the winsock. Download and run a winsock repair program as step one.

I noticed the speed fluctuates a lot. Its slow all day, then for 2 hours it runs fine and goes back to slow.
I ran winsock and everything seems to be fine for the moment.
