Slow download problem

Having a little problem here that I do not understand. My download speed right now is 750 which should give me a pretty good ftp download speed I would guess at least 50 to 60. I have not found a redhat mirror that I can download from that I can get over 18 to 20 so it is taking about 7 to 9 hours to down load one disk iso. Is this a problem with my end or all of the redhat sites that bad? KNOPPIX download took about 2 hours and that came from Germany, anyone got any ideas other than just buying the redhat disks?

I tried almost all the mirror sites and the all do the same, I guess I cant ask for much for free. 🙂
