I commute 20,000 miles a year. I have seen some shit. See it every day.

No surprises. They basically give licenses away in this country. All you have to do in NYS is watch a 5 hour video and drive around a block. It's a fucking joke.

This happens in S. Florida with rain. Almost every time it does rain there is a 5-10 car pile up.

Now we have people using the shoulders to pass with when traffic starts stopping.
