Slow down after 130FPS?

I've got this system for about 3 weeks. When I play games like Rainbow Six and Americas Army, certain maps give me high frames per second. When I reach 130 or more frames per second, the graphics slow down, sort of like a slow motion kinda thing. I can move my mouse regularly, but I cant strafe or move foward or backwards at the normal rate. Anyone else have a opinion about this issue??

BTW: I dont get this effect in games like Doom3 because i dont think my machine gets that high frames

Using Vsync? If your not, use it, and see if it makes a difference.

Now that i turned it off...its not slowing down, but im getting much lower FPS's ... wierd

Haha. Sounds like your options were messed up and after you turned Vsync off, it actually went on. If the FPS dropped and it fixed the slowing down problem, looks like thats definitely what happened.
