Actually i was thinking my ssd was defective. Probably it still is. But after doing some benchmarks, i saw that cpu is having low scores. İ did benchmarks when i bought this cpu more than year ago and the scores were okey, good scores. But Now after more than 1 year, i am getting low benchmarks scores. İ am posting benchmark results and cpu settings. As you can see it is much slower than same cpu's benchmarked with inter extreme tuning utility. İ checked power limits, everything is ok. İ was using without a problem since now anyway. Don't know what is causing this. The multicore score is especially low. Can cpu get damaged somehow?

There is definitely something wrong hardware wise. 8 regular cores and 4 e-cores = 20. With e-cores off it would be 8/16, not 6/12. CPU or motherboard has a problem. Reload bios ??? I don't mean set to default, I mean flash to the latest.

The 12700 is supposed to be 8P+4E. CB2024 results are inline with 6P cores, XTU reports 6P cores.

What does it show for core count in BIOS?

Also, I saw 2.12 ghz in one of those slides. Should only be that low if over temp and throttling.

No, that's normal for Cinebench. It reports that chip as 2.12GHz - the base frequency for a 65W 12700.

Thank you. İ never took core counts into consideration. That was the problem obviosly. İ searched and found solution. Someone on reddit: it was just a windows setting, Unchecked that box and my cpu is back to 8+4 cores. Thank you. İ put those screenshot expecting someone see what i don't see. Thanks

In the off chance the Anandtech forums outlast that reddit URL:

I unchecked the checkbox "number of processors" in:msconfig --> boot --> advanced options
