slow BT speed, need to restart all the time

Hi,

I am using Bitcomet 0.56 and i just installed SP2, however, i already installed the patch for it inorder for sp2 to act normal..

however, once i start downloading, after 10 minutes most of the time the speed will be dropped around 10kB/s and if i stop the download and restart, it will mostly go back to 70kB/s or something around. and after 5 minutes it will be dropped 10kB/s...

what is the problem?
