It's pretty sweet, here's how you do it:
1.) Grab any fan that has a normal molex connector
2.) Remove the red power cable from the female side of the fans molex connector (I use simple tweezers to do this)
3.) Remove the black 2 cord cable (the one next to yellow 2 cord cable) from the female side as well and slide it in the spot where the red cable was originally sitting.
Your 12v fan is now running at 7volts, about half the speed it normally dose

. It's great if you want to quiet your computer down, and the airflow is decent as well.
Sadly I couldn't get my t-bred over 2100mhz without jacking the voltage over 1.7v, at 1.6v my computer is already a space heater

. I dont think the extra 100 or so mhz would do me much good anyway.
One thing to note is that I got into windows at 2400mhz and 1.7v, I'll have to see what kind of voltage it needs for that speed, it's awful tempting
