Huh?

What exactly do you mean by "winXP ver 2002"?

The information at that site is to help you create a standard windows XP install CD that has all the
current patches and updates built into the setup, so you don't have to go to the web and download
tons of files after installing (or repairing) your Windows XP install.

If you mean can you slipstream the beta version XPSP2 the answer is yes. I've done it strictly for testing purposes and it worked fine. I used this as a guideline and just replaced SP1 with SP2.
