I have some tendinitis in my shoulder that I am getting taken care of. In the mean time, what exercises can I do that won't affect my shoulder besides aerobics and legs?

You should do upper extremity strength work on the arm that's not affected. Research shows you'll lose less strength in the arm that's actually not working due to the neural connections between sides of the body.

Ill throw this in here since its also a shoulder issue.

I woke up saturday morning with a lot of pain in my left pec and shoulder blade. The pain in the pec has gone away with only a slight pain in the shoulder blade area now. It almost feels as if the shoulder blade isnt sitting right and is either pushing forward or back depending on which way I move my arm. It hurts like hell and I dont know what caused it.

I have calcite tendinitis and bicep tendinitis on the bicep tendon that goes over the should, not a lot of pain, but I dont want to injure it further
