slide-out motherboard?

what low/mid-end cases have this feature? i love my antec sx830 dearly, but i'd like to see similar cases that have the pullout motherboard.
 
My Lian-Li PC60 has a slide out motherboard tray. It may not be low-end, I'm not even sure if it's mid-range. It's great though.
 
it doesnt have a motherboard tray, but the antec soho file server is nice and looks like it has enough room to install a mobo without a tray

and, is it even remotely possible to mod a case to make it have a slide out motherboard?
