What are you talking about? There are 3 master cards and a DFI Crossfire motherboard at Newegg.

stop asking stupid questions!!! You can get sli cards from ANYWHERE that sells nvidia cards. Research more instead of just coming in here and asking BASIC questions that can be answered in a 10second google search. Please lock this thread.

Quit Flaming! He is new and probley does not know yet. Instead of yeahing at him why don't you just tell him that he can go to priceing on the front page of this site. And SLi is for any card 6600 or higher. Crossfire is a little more complicated.

What, he doesn't know how to walk down to his local computer hardware store? He asked about where to get the card, not which card to get.

Crossfire pros:
Can use pretty much a mix and match setup.

Crossfire cons:
Not got any master cards.
Late.
Behind nVidia on release times, possibly technology.

SLI pros:
Out.
Works.

SLI cons:
Has to be the same cards.
Costs a lot.
Isn't entirely supported yet.

Point in either:

None really.

What uses Crossfire or SLI to their full potential and is currently available?

Not a fat lot.

Forgot to say, I'm an ATI fanboy. I intend to use Crossfire. So.. It's up to you and your wallet. I'd recommend single GPU to be honest.

Nirach:
SLI "cons":
1. Same cards, only same model (e.g. 7800GT) and that might not even be the case anymore. (I seem to remember they were working on that) Same model is maximum benefit anyway.
2. Costs a lot. There's no greater "bang for buck" upgrade, or even one that comes close. Also, Crossfire "costs a lot" as well. Performance costs.
3. Support. Please list 5 3d games that get no benefit from SLI? I think you'd have to visit nV's website to find a few games. IMO, SLI has as much support as most cards.
