Code written inside of the game.

The Nvidia profile could be ON and to your settings, but when you run a game it won't apply because the GAME doesn't support SLI.

wrong. SLI works on games that are not coded for it.

Rollo, I don't wanna start **** If I'm wrong, correct me. Don't get all rambo on me, we were all newbs before and I'm being educated. 🙂

Rollo has owned far more ATi cards that you have, i can assure you of that.

Nah man I've gone a series of them, ever since the 32MB all-in-wonder TV Tuner, but then again Rollo does test lots of vid. cards so you have a point 😛

Ive owned a few ATi in my day as well (8500, 9700P, 9700AIW) and ive had spotty driver performance/bugs so ive always bought nvidia from then on. (yeah i know they are a lot better now, dont wanna open that can of worms). I try to be as fair as possible when im evaluating hardware leaving my own personal preference out of the equation.

Price/Performance/Support/Drivers/Stability are all criteria when im reccomending hardware. I cant evaluate what doesnt exsist yet, but i can tell you crossfire will have some serious hurdles to jump. Im hoping the delay is to iron out the hardware and drivers and make sure its ready to fly.
