Get rid of all the overclocks. Its not a good idea to try and debug a system that might be unstable in weird and wonderful ways. Drop everything back to stock, reset your bios, reinstall your OS etc etc. Get down to a known uncorrupted state and then and only then can you really work on the problem at hand, otherwise it could just be the overclock or corruption it caused all along.
 
You should always buy 2 cards with the exact same core and RAM speeds. They can be of different vendors, though. What the guy above said. You have to start fresh and see if that helps. It usually does. If not, take your cards back, obviously.
