SLI 2 EVGA GTX 560's or get 1 EVGA GTX 580????

I already have 1 GTX 560. I want better performance. Should I get a EVGA GTX 580 or just buy another EVGA GTX 560 and SLI them? :confused: I don't know what would be better. Below are the specs for the one I have. My screen resolution on my monitor is 1920x1080.

If you don't like anything AMD has to offer then just wait a bit and see where the gtx 670 comes in at. I don't think the 580 is good value and I'd rather have one current gen GPU as opposed to 2 last gen ones.

1 card solution is always preferred. I hope you're not thinking about buying a new gtx 580 though. At those prices I would wait for the gtx 670.

when is the gtx 670 comming out?

I'm not against ATI I just heard that some games are designed for nvidia cards and you can't see certain effects unless you have an nvidia card.

I don't have a clue though. Thats just something I heard. If it's true then I prefer nvidia. If it's not then point me towards a Ati card that can perform much better then my EVGA GTX 560 that I'm dissapointed in.

Strictly btw those 2, I would take 580. However, as of now I would prefer 7870 > 580 and 670 > 7950 > 7870.

670 are comming out may 10th. Nice. I think I'll just grab one of those and craigslist my 560.

We've only seen unofficial benchmarks. They look good, but look before you leap. Keep an open mind and check the "real" reviews.
