Slept all day, am exhausted. How to feel awake?

Today when I woke up I had nothing at all to do, and it was cold, and I didn't get a full night's sleep for several days this week, so I went back to sleep. I was good to wake up at that point but decided to go back to sleep and so I woke up at around 3pm. I was exhausted. Stayed up for a couple of hours but went oback to sleep. Now i'm lethargic.

This only happens when I sleep in way past the point where I've gotten enough sleep, so it's not like I have mono or something.

Is there a way to shake this sleepy feeling now? Besides getting exercise?

Stop sleeping so much God damn it. You overslept.

I'd argue that's likely not the case.

I can feel exhausted/remain tired no matter how long I sleep. If I sleep for a few hours at most one night, I might wake up feeling awake, or wake up feeling very tired. I can still wake up feeling very tired even after 8 hours of sleep, or 7, or 6, or 9, or even 10.

It's not until I actually DO something that I feel like I wake up. Driving somewhere tends to be the most likely method of me waking up, or just going to a store, or just going out for dinner. Exercising also wakes me up.

But the issue that sucks, is that energy doesn't last all day. I can often feel tired throughout the entire day if it weren't for the energy products I consume to try and counteract that. Without them, I could feel tired at 2mp even after getting 6-10 hours of sleep the night prior.

Shit sucks. Wish I could just maintain a natural energy level throughout the entire day if I had a good night sleep.

You need to get your blood flowing. Also, drink like 2 full glasses of water if you haven't already. Your body is probably really dehydrated from sleeping so much.

And finally, rub one out, might help?
