Fix your damn sleep schedule and stop taking naps. My bet is you don't do enough physical activities to even warrant a nap.

Um... It was kinda like, I fell on the floor and fell asleep... I was really tired.

Aside from taking a drug to knock you out, you don't have a lot of choices. If you're still tired, you might see if you can go conk out again (provided you don't have anything specific you have to be up for) and then wake up early or something.

You probably have not been getting enough rest recently and it adds up. Your body has a funny way of handling it. I'm the same way, if I don't get much sleep and don't stay very active the entire day, my body will fall asleep for a couple of hours. It can get to be a vicious cycle, and sucks.

this.

good way to wake up imho. Well, body is exhausted, but mentally awakened, at least after I sit around catching my breath for awhile.

Take a nytol pill to make yourself drowsy, unfortunately it wont knock you out. Or just stay awake all night, go into school tired as hell since its the first day back its not important, trudge through the day and go to bed really early that day, like 9:00 early.

I'm no expert, but as far as I know oversleeping to make up for previous lost sleep will only make things worse. Get your 7 hours a night and try to keep it consistent.

If you have regular sleep problems, try grabbing some melatonin. You can find it on the shelves in most grocery stores, most likely in the organic sections.

By the way the OP talks, I SERIOUSLY doubt he's old enough to drink.

But I second the melatonin. It's worked for me in the past on many occasions.

How am I too young? Most people I know at my age, can and will drink alcohol... I simply choose not to.

I don't understand why. It is possible to drink without having negative effects on your life. But I regress.
