Are you suffering from stress? Excessive thinking? A few years ago I had a couple months when I could not sleep. I mean, I would lay there and feel my body fall alseep, my heart rate slowing but my mind would not stop.

The only times I find that I can't fall asleep is when I think too much. Anyhow.

Nyquil does the job. Getting a little buzz going with some drinks helps too. Wine. One glass of wine makes me tipsy and sleepy. Good luck.

A good ole bottle of Bacardi 151 (1L) is definitly the best sleeping drug over the counter bar none. Maybe 180p Everclear if you feal ritzy

Yea I do tend to think ALOT! I may be stressful...but these days who isnt? lol.I felt the same,my body was sleepy buy my mind can't rest...I have hypertension(high blood pressure) and I feel like I need riddin sometimes lol.
