Man...I've been missing out. This stuff is working great. Dreams every night, waking up well. I've been taking 3mg a night, but I'm going to try 6 for a little while.

I see the melatonin is working for you, but here is another possibility.

How many hours of sleep to you get each night? Have you tried varying the number to see what works better for you? Try varying on even to odd number of hours... to see if that makes a difference.

Stay with me for a moment... back when I was in college, I participated in a graduate psych students study on sleep. Basically she was trying to prove that if you could determine the length of your sleep cycle that you could alter your sleep time to match your cycle. REM sleep occurs toward the end of the sleep cycle, so if you awake before that... that may be why you're not remembering your dreams and not feeling rested.

I was able to determine that my own sleep cycle is 2 hours. If I sleep an even number hours of sleep, I feel fine. If I awake after an odd number of hours, it's almost like I haven't slept at all.

Anybody have any similar experiences?

Woah! I had a similar dream to that last night. I guess I'm anxious :(

I always am able to fall asleep quickly, but I'm not a morning person. So I wake up tired no matter how much I sleep. But a few hours later, I feel great.

losing your teeth is a very common dream (nightmare) and stems from anxiety.

I've never had that kind of a dream. I'll take that as a good sign.

I thought remembering your dreams was a bad thing, it means you were disturbing during the sleep cycle.
