sleep timer on the 360?

ever since the divx/xvid updates I've been watching my fav shows before bed. How do you set the timer for the 360?

Wasn't aware there was one, but I know there's an auto off feature in the console settings that lets you choose if it shuts itself off after a certain amount of inactivity.

I got a PC for that.

You can't really set it. It just turns off when there's no activity on it.
