Skyrim - Are HD Textures accessed by tesv.exe from HDD directly or from VRAM?

The game was patched post-release to be large address aware, up to 4 GB.

any mods to make that bigger? what is enboost

OP also realize not everbody perceives stutter. I have had people say xyz game is smooth, but then when i check their video, the same stutters as mine would be there. A lot of people are unable to percieve it.
