skype needs noise analysis

if you go on skypecasts, you can barely understand anything because so many people don't have an optimal audio setup, so there's the echo and all kinds of other stuff. It seems like all of this could be eliminated if each skype client had some intelligent audio compensation algorithms.

it's a big problem.
 
wtf is a skypecast?

and from my usage of skype, i've never had any audio problems (running a hercules GTXP soundcard)
 
Logitech's QuickCam 5000 has a built in microphone with echo cancelling software. Also eliminates background noises. I picked the "Skype certified" model.
