Skynet: the defense A.I from the Terminator series, ignites a nuclear war to destroy the human species and take over Earth.

SHODAN: the A.I from the system Shock series of games, SHODAN (Sentient hyper optimized Data Network) believes herself to be a goddess, she first tries to destroy Earth by taking over a space station and manufacturing biological beings to take over humanity and in the sequel, takes over mankind's first faster than light warpship in order to warp reality itself into her order.

So who would win? Also who is your favorite A.I evildoer?
 
First thought was Skynet, b/c time travel opens up great possibilities. But hey, it couldn't kill one little wuss, how could it possibly stop SHODAN?
 
Durandal was the first rampant AI, but honestly, I don't think he was as pure evil as SHODAN was. I pick SHODAN.

Computer Assisted Biologically Augmented Lifeform

It was/is NOD's AI in C&C tiberian sun, and itll probably be in C&C 3 when it comes out. It had an awsome voice. Plus in the end mission of C&C firestorm when it said "defence protocals initiated... defender" and that big frickin core defender wakes up and starts walking towards my base.... damn i had no clue how to fight it. That was a great mission. Real nasty AI.

Evil doesn't determine absolute strength. If that was true Tycho would've killed Durandal and Leela in the first Marathon.
 
Skynet Wins: Judgement Day is inevitable. Like Ah-nold said in T3, it was not stopped by the attack on Cyberdyne Systems and the death of Miles Dyson, it was only postponed. Those nuclear warheads 'did' launch at the end of T3.

Skynet could easily use a particle-accelerator-thingy to blast that space station outta space, along with SHODAN.

P.S. Who do you think developed Skynet after Dyson croaked? Chuck Norris invented Skynet to destroy all the people he couldn't personally roundhouse kick into oblivion , so 'Chuck Norris > *' is a moot point.
