+ peppers...if you don't know that, please stop now. And don't give me crap about peppers being a spice, because they aren't.
It really is some of the best food in the world. There's nothing else like it.
It is amazing. A few years ago, I flew out to Cincinatti to visit a client for a week. I think my per diem for that trip was about $65/day. I think I spend at least $10/day on Skyline chili.
Only because they charge too much for it.
How the hell can you not love this? Skyline chili is like food of the gods, I eat it at least twice a month. It's incredible. Give my my 3-way, wet, and 3 cheese coneys.

no good food has ever come out of the midwest.

hmmm so it's a chili dog with spaghetti?
No. The 3-way is spaghetti with chili on top then topped with mild chedder cheese. You eat it with a fork slicing down threw each layer of awsomeness for a heavenly bite. You can add beans or onions if you like making a 4-way or 5-way.
They are also famous for their cheese coneys whitch is a small hot dog on a steamed bun lined with a touch of mustard. Then topped with chili and cheese along with onions.
There is also a Tabasco like hot sauce that you put on everything. Incredibly good. Now I'm going to have to go tomorrow. Just thinking about it and I'm literally salivating. It truly is just that good.
a real Chicago dog >>>>>>>> that abomination.
My understanding of the midwestern diet:
All non-cheese food products are to be considered instruments of cheese delivery. If that isn't bad enough, the quality of the cheese consumed in the is piss poor.
There is some good there, but the traditional diet is terrible.

wait the Chili Dogs in the pic is supposed to be 99 cents? No way in hell you gonna get that much cheese on a dog for a buck. I love cheese so I wouldn't mind all of it lol. A shame the chili is so expensive to have shipped I really would like to try it so I can compare it to Tommys, which is the best chili in So Cal.

Yeah, like 5guys, in-and-out, taco bell, etc disciples. I suppose this concept could be extended to politicians like palin - mediocrity exemplified. I guess it's each to his own...No group is so adamant about their mediocre food than Skyline Chili fans. It's fascinating.
