Go right ahead. I have not attacked you personally in any way. You posted bad information on a public site declaring yourself an expert while experiencing system instability and a previous damaged CPU.....Information that could potentially damage someone's CPU.

If your definition of trolling is someone pointing out you are giving bad information, a mod can look and decide. I'm a big boy. If they feel I stepped over the line in some way, it is what it is. If anything, you have made several comments stating that people who don't agree with you are amatuers.
Don't make statements you can't prove Quote me. You tell lies.

Well at least you guys know now that you can run your PC without a heat sink however leave that to the professionals, you don't want to shorten the life of your CPU, don't overclock either it will do the same.

Don't make statement you can't prove Quote me. You tell lies.

You have only been here since May 2016 (I guess you must have gotten ran off another site based on dealing with you in this thread).

If you post BS, you will be called out on it. If you post the absolutely worst advice I have ever seen on this forum, you will be called out on it. Tell people to run an overclocked 6600k with no heatsink/fan? Really? Not only that, but go ahead and run benchmarks on it as well.

Remember, it was you who posted the "Help me my build is unstable, and I already damaged my first CPU" thread, but then proceeded to argue with those who posted suggestions, continued to spread false information (you did not run Prime95 on a 6600k with no heatsink and fan), and then when you were called out on your claims, you told us that you were college educated in building computers and a professional.

So, who is trolling here?

You are still telling lies, I said I was a past PC tech you are taking things out of context. Also Quote where I give bad advice I never did that?

look at the statement you Quoted don't do what the professionals do. So that means don't do it if your not professional at it.

For people that would rather know how my PC is doing it is going real good with the memory change 13 hours.

At the time of the question about my CPU temp, I had to prove a point and remove my heatsink, to show everyone it's not about temperature, on a stock clocked CPU at low load. I have had to work on many CPUs with a stuck fan they just throttle forever with no stability problems, Intels are made to throttle at 100c and shutdown about 120c .. This is my seconded skylake build in a month and the first one had a defective CPU at Idle. This one is vary hard to trouble shoot and I do not like throwing parts at any of my work.

I'm having good luck with the memory change so far, more testing has to be done, that is why I'm in this forum.
Why a band hammer I'm just trying to prove my points. Or do you not like it when I prove my points.

I just needed to boot my pc up to do a test without my heatsink, it's back on now. I have been spending all my time in this post about temp. When you overclock temperature maters, your running the intel CPU out of speciation and it will cause a unstable CPU.

I attended college for computer literacy, programming, computer electronics. I'm using a hyper 212 for cooling.

You are still telling lies, I said I was a past PC tech you are taking things out of context. Also Quote where I give bad advice I never did that?

You spin so much information, I'm sure it is difficult to keep it all straight.

Quote where you give bad advice? You mean like stating over and over that it is perfectly safe to run a 6600k without a heatsink and fan, experiencing system instability on your replacement hardware (odd your first CPU was damaged), and despite user after user telling you that it wasn't safe or smart to do?

Whatever. For being here a month, you sure caught the attention of a lot of long-term users here who have helped many users on this site for for 15+ years. I would say I would simply add you to my ignore list so I wouldn't see any more of your posts, but in this case I am not going to. I have a feeling that you will continue to post very bad information, while claiming to be a professional, and will cause someone who doesn't know any better serious damage to their hardware.

Or do you not like it when we prove our points?

This is my post and you keep coming at me with a spin on what I say and do for my self, I just can't believe you don't have better things to do. This post will disappear like the rest, there are 7.3 Billion people in the world no one gives a care about this post.

There are videos out there with people showing not running a heatsink no one cares, I linked one here.

Not sure if troll or a serious case of dunning-kruger at work here. Amusing all the same although I sincerely hope nobody anywhere puts their hardware at risk due to being, ahem, misinformed by this thread.

Anyway, coincidentally my car was having engine problems earlier, so I've set to work disconnecting the radiator to see if that helps. Professionals know this can be done since cooling is only a recommendation, not a requirement. Next I'll drain the oil out and run it redlined on a dynamometer to verify the stability under load. What, you don't believe me? I've got a youtube video, what more do you want?

Running a CPU without a heatsink or TIM is something a professional would NEVER do.

I am locking this.
