They guarantee like 10 tickets at that $10 price and then I wonder what the cost of the other seats are going to be for that plane. The airline hasn't actually started flights yet so I wonder how its going to turn out. Sounds pretty no frills flying to me since they charge for blankets and pillows and you're not allowed to bring any drink or food on the plane.

Spirit has cheap flights too, if the dates work for you...I just booked a 5 day trip to NYC for $98.80 with taxes and fees for late May. Not quite as impressive as the $50 roundtrip ticket I got last year, but hey.

Actually this amazingly cheap price airline has been going on in Europe and Asia for a few years now. Their presence here in the US is new i guess.

The routes start up around May 20th.
