It is very secretive, and yes only seniors. The selection procedure for new members of The Order has not changed since 1832. Each year 15, and only 15, never fewer, are selected. In the past 150 years about 2500 Yale graduates have been initiated into The Order. At any time about 500-600 are alive and active. Roughly about one- quarter of these take an active role in furthering the objectives of The Order. The others either lose interest or change their minds. They are silent dropouts. Fifteen juniors are "tapped" each year by the current 'Bonesmen', for next year's group. Each initiate is given $15,000 and a grandfather clock (this may have changed with inflation and I hear conflicting stories on this aspect...keep in mind to most of the members entering $15,000 is probably less than the allowance their families provide them each month

). The group that is geared more to the success of its members in the post-collegiate world than a campus fun-house...it goes to say that the 'Bonesmen' will always take care of each other. The family names of Skull & Bones (originally Scull and Bones) roll off the tongue like an elite party list - Bush, Bundy, Harriman, Jay, Pinchot, Rockefeller, Goodyear, Lord, Lovett, Phelps, Perkins, Pillsbury Kellogg, Sloane, Stimson, Taft, Vanderbilt, Whitney, Weyerhaeuser and on... and on... and on...
Senior societies are unique to Yale (I didn't say secret, Yale just seems to be the only college that has senior only brotherhood groups). There are two other senior societies at Yale, but none elsewhere. Scroll & Key and Wolf's Head are supposedly competitive societies founded in the mid 19th century. Many believe these to be part of the same network, you certainly don't hear much about them though. Rosenbaum commented in "Esquire", that anyone in the Eastern Liberal Establishment who is not a member of Skull & Bones is almost certainly a member of either Scroll & Key or Wolf's Head. Again this is all easily verified. Sure verification doesn't = the information is true, but if one keeps hearing the same things said by very influencial and important people, one should wonder.
Well Hitler was not exactly a member persay, that was my mistake, I do believe however he was in a group that was more or less allied with the Skull and Bones....however one group of Bonesmen went on to makeup much of the controlling members of the two investment bank firms of , Guaranty Trust and Brown Brothers, Harriman (which George's father sat on board). The two firms were involved in the financing of Communism and Hitler, showing the Skull & Bones affinity for using the Hegellian ideas of the historical dialectic. Using controlled conflict, thesis versus anti-thesis to create synthesis. A synthesis of their making and design, where the state is absolute and individuals are granted their freedoms by obedience to the state - A New World Order. This was a very trendy thing then and that is when it grew. Another branch, the Union Banking Corporation of New York City had four directors from the Skull and Bones and two Nazi bankers associated with Fritz Thyssen, who had been financing Hitler, since 1924.
Now this was before 1945 so perhaps Hitler was still a great man and not up to no good yet...however this is where the problem lies....did other's know of his intentions?
Now at this point the illiterate hears NWO and starts talking of UFO's and the Illuminati and all that.
Keep in mind the Skull and Bones is just one sort of secret but freely made known society. The Council of Foreign Relations is another...it is not a government agency contrary to almost all public belief, yet it uses government buildings and more than likely funding....many great leaders, reporters, chairmen sit on this council and they have little publicly open talks here and there, but many are totally and absolutely closed to the public and all members are sworn to not discuss what happens within them.
It's definition is:
"The Council on Foreign Relations is a nonprofit, and nonpartisan membership organization dedicated to improving the understanding of US foreign policy, and international affairs through the exchange of ideas.
The Council was founded in 1921 mainly by Rockefeller (who was a Bonesman) shortly after the end of World War I. Several of the American participants in the Paris Peace Conference decided that it was time for more private American citizens to become familiar with the increasing international responsibilities, and obligations of the United States. This decision led to the creation of an organization dedicated to the continuous study of US foreign policy for the benefit of both its members, and a wider audience of interested Americans."
The Rockefeller family also got the Trilateral Commission started, which is sort of the CFR on the other side of the ocean.
The members of these groups do not deny anything...they openly admit they discuss things of how our country and the world should go....they just won't say how or what that means. Another thing many don't realize either is that the Rothschild family which started banking on a world level still controls much of the world's banking along with the Lazard Brothers bank of Paris, Israel Moses Seif banks of Italy, Warburg bank of Hamburg and Amsterdam, Lehman Bros. bank of New York, Chase Manhattan bank of New York, Kuhn, Loeb bank of New York, Goldman Sachs bank of New York...now people have even gone to say that these family control our Federal Reserve system...the rumors more or less get shot down...but you can do you own research.
A funny quote from a Bonesman was:
"The Trilateral Commission doesn't run the world, the Council on Foreign Relations does that!" by Winston Lord, Assistant Secretary of State, the U. S. State Department.
Something else to consider also, Forbes supposedly has a list of the richest families in the world....that is also a farce....it's really a list of the second string of the richest esp when you consider those omitted: Her Royal Majesty Elizabeth - Queen of England, Her Royal Majesty Beatrix - Queen of the Netherlands (
known as the wealthiest woman in the world), Her Royal Majesty Margaret the II - Queen of Denmark, Her Royal Majesty Sofia - Queen of Spain, Sir Muda Hassanal Bolkiah Muizzadin Waddaulah - The Sultan of Brunei, Darussalam, King Fahd - Monarch of Saudi Arabia, Emir Shaikh Jabir al-Ahmad al-Jabir as-Sabah - King of Kuwait, Sultan Qabus bin Said - King of Oman, Emir & Prime Minister Khalifah ibn Hamad ath-Thani - King of Qatar, President Zaid ibn Sultan an-Nahayan - Ruler of the United Arab Emirates, Haydar Abu Bakr-al Attas - Prime Minister of Yemen, Amir isa bin Sulman al-Khalifa - King of Bahrain, the House of Rothschild, the Wallenberg interests, the Warburg interests, the Schiff interests, or many others. I'd be willing to bet Forbes knows of these families, but having been ordered not to report they do not want to attempt to take on these ultra-rich empires.
Now all that said, you can live your life and not care about this or that....you get a good 72 year ride, make some money, love, offspring, get a few pets, cars, toys and a nice place to live. Do your 9 to 5 each day, or retire young or early and do nothing but count your investments rolling in each month, or the number of days until that social security check comes and you can buy groceries again...I am not looking to argue this or say it's canonical or say it's all smoke and mirrors. I am just quoting and saying what I have read and what doesn't make sense to me.
