what a good motherboard with skt 939 that uses the nfoce3 250 ultra chipset? i was looking more at giga-byte motherboard. and hopefully it has the nvidia firewall.
 
MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum (nForce3) for performance
Asus A8V Deluxe (K8T800) for stability
Abit AV8 (K8T800) for a little bit of both 🙂

Gigabyte's is ok, but it's expensive and the dimms are too close together, making it hard to use ram with heat spreaders. I'd go with something else.
