skim, 2% or vitamin d milk, your thoughts

Blue milk here is about 3.3% fat, I like that. And preferably lactose-free.

Don't understand why people would possibly want to drink skim milk, to be honest. Just like drinking chalky water. And if you are really that fussed about the few grams of milk fat you are not drinking (which has very interesting health properties), you have your priorities screwed up.

Whatever they have at the dining hall. Usually plenty of whole milk but there is always chocolate or even soy. I don't mind.

I drink 1%. It's not as good as 2%, but it's less fat and doesn't taste like ass like fat free does.

I usually buy whole organic milk. I would get whole unpasteurized from the farm if I could find it where I live.

1%. skim tastes good by itself, but 1% noticeable difference in coffee and tea.

"Almond milk" is worthless sh*t. You guys should look at its ingredients. It is basically all sugar. Buy real almonds and they consist of almost only fat and protein. Almond milk has little of either; it's just almondy water spiked with sugar and a few added vitamins/minerals. The marketing is good but it's worthless as an actual food product.

Worthless almond milk

You are fucking retarded.

People do not drink Almond milk as a replacement for almonds. They drink it as a replacement for cow's milk, because they are lactose intolerant.
