skim, 2% or vitamin d milk, your thoughts

Whole milk, everything else seems too watery, I am lactose intolerant however and almost never have milk if i can help it 😀

I always go for the skim milk/nonfat variety. But, I only drank the milk while eating cereal . . .which I cannot eat any more due to braces. 🙁

I drank whole milk until my (now) ex-wife acclimatized me to 2%. Now whole milk seems too heavy, 1% and skim milk too watery.

I drink so much milk I made the switch to skim a while ago. There are days where I will drink 1/2 -2/3 of a gallon and that is a whole lot of calories

Usually 1%, it has a balance of taste and healthiness. I've been used to each milkfat content at one point or another. Skim loses its taste ridiculously fast in light exposure.
