I've have both B&D and Skil tools. Some I like some I don't. My B&D jigsaw was a pos. My skil drill is pretty awesome. It just varies. I checked this wrench out at Lowes and it seemed to be built pretty well.
 
I got this from Woot. Not very powerful, but works well for light jobs. In its defense, it says to loosen bolts by hand action then use the power to get it out.

I just received it from woot too. Had more power than I was expecting. Then again, my last cordless tool was bought about 10 years ago....
