My girlfriend has been job hunting and got an offer from this "KE Studios" or something for an "Errand Runners" position.

9-5 full time
Benefits (health, dental, 401k), $17.30/hr, company car, etc...

So they instructed her to go to www.ke.25u.com (which apparently we misheard as www.ke25u.com <--- no dot) and fill out a contractual agreement, fax it in, blah blah blah.

So anyway, the website is super sketchville with billions of pop-ups and a terrible layout. I figured if it was a 'net scam people here would know about it.

Anyone wanna check it out and post their thoughts?

Goto www.ke.25u.com, click on "contractual agreement" and then select the one for "Errand Runners". The agreement asks for every piece of information a person would need to steal someone's identity, etc...

The site just gives me the heeby-jeebies....also....every phone number on the site (even the ones listed as contact phone numbers) end up being fax.

No decent company would incorporate those kind of ads and pop ups on the company website. I smell scam all the way.

The owner of the domain is a dynamic IP forwarder, does that make you think it's a secure and real company?

Yeah, that's what we were thinking too.....*sigh* it was worth asking at the sake of looking stupid.

Dude, that might be a real wage if she's being a drug mule, no one pays someone $17.30 an hour in CO to deliver packages in an entry level job unless you are working for UPS (and I doubt they get that much to start).

The pop ups and ads in the frames are being generated by the host (25u.com) which is just a dynamic DNS service. The ads are not coming from the center frame (KE Studios.) Also note how the URL never changes?

What IS fishy is why, if KE Studios is so great (about us page) why the HELL would they resort to a free DNS service to host their website. Get a static IP from your ISP for God's sake. Make the monthly investment. Hell.. an integrated T isn't THAT expensive and it typically comes with 5 public IP's. :(
