Because the asshat skaters ruin the perception of skaters for everyone else. They built a huge fucking skate park in the city I use to live because they wanted them to stop fucking up everything around. Yet most continued to wreck the city and ignore the skate part. With many breaking the law while wearing their "Skateboarding is not a crime" tees. Definitely a case where the bad apples sours people to the entire bunch. In that city the people hated the skaters about as much as the taggers. Which is really saying something.

Watch Rob & Big, Rob's a perfect example of a douche skater, they go places they know they're not supposed to skate. And when the security comes to tell them to leave they skate around like it's a joke knowing he can't catch them. I see this shit ever day. I know it's not all skaters, but a good number act like this. And a good number need to be beat over the fucking head with their boards.

I can take pictures there are "no skateboarding" signs everywhere. You can't say my OPINION here is wrong, because uh, it's my OPINION. If you don't agree with me fine. But skating is not legal outside of the skate park here. In some areas the police don't care to enforce it. But in many areas if you skate you're getting fuck with the same as if you were walking down the street at midnight and were black.

Why do you care so much if others are skating in no skateboarding areas? Do you hate when kids freestyle bike or rollerblade in off limit areas?

I have an open private field near me where they put up a no soccer sign because the kids cleats were tearing up the place, yet they still play there. Would you hate them too?
