Skaagen watches are simply elegant. I love their clean design (I own three).

Why do so many "real hard charger" manly men types gravitate towards the huge, clunky, "I've got an SUV on my wrist, so watch out for me, buddy" wretched excess mode watches? You know, the kind of multi-function monstrosities that literally scream, "The decals and spinner hubcaps and glued on whale-tail on my Kia are in no way meant to compensate for my abnormally small penis nor do they in any way underscore my complete lack of taste."

Why do all those bozos run like lemmings towards their uparmored, uranium depleted watch band of death with matching battle tested, diamond studded pocket protector kind of "I've got more money than taste" time pieces? Why?

Just asking.

Ack! Time to think about decaf, Dave! :~)

agreed

You can get the same watch via Amazon.com (still via sharper image store).... at the same price... just in case you already have an amazon.com account or have a gift certificate to use, etc. Btw, amazon.com also lists the ladies version of the same watch for about 30 bucks - so for 60 bucks you would have a nice set... my wedding anniversary is coming up.. hmmm.

Did anyone who chose ground shipping receive their watch? There's a tracking number on my order status page at sharper image site, but it doesn't specify carrier. I tried fedex, ups, dhl, and usps, but they don't have the number in their system.

What are the first 4-5 digits of the tracking number and how many total digits are there ?

If it was shipped just today, the carriers will not show any package information until later this evening.

It shipped the 8th. the first 5 numbers are 24240. there are 19 numbers. I don't know if it's a shipping tracking number though. My zip code is the last 5 numbers.
