SK7 real quick fan orientation question

With the SK-7, should I have the fan blowing or sucking? With my Alpha PAL8045 sucking is a bit better, but I don't know about the sk7 and I am installing it this weekend in my bro's machine. thanks

P.S. either blowing or sucking would not interfer with the airflow in the case so it is a question of what is better for the sk7 in general

and blowing is most effective with a case fan right over the hsf.
