Sizzler toast

According to THIS it's just butter, Parmesan cheese and Italian bread on a griddle.

I don't know what it is about that toast, but it's damn good. When I was a kid I'd go to Sizzler with my family and one of my brothers would always snatch mine if I wasn't careful.
 
yeah i just use butter, shredded parmesan, and texas toast. put it in the broiler until it's golden brown on top.
