Haha, a lot of those states are just places where there's shit else to do. I'd binge drink too if I was in North Dakota.

Where are the stats about total alcohol consumption per capita per state?

Alaska usually ranks a lot higher than 10th. Hell, they're the #1 consumers of MGD and Bud Light. Pretty sure they're high on the list for Crown Royal too.
