I got somewhat of a round little tummy: if I flex it, you can almost see a 4-pack :)

what's the best exercise or equipment to get a six pack? for me, doing crunches hurts my back/neck so are there any alternatives?

Get an exercise 'balance' ball... the big ones you sit on.

I love mine, it makes all kinds of floor exercises easier on your back AND more effective!

I'm having trouble finding a link for you, but I will come back when i do.

Do all the ab excercise you like, but if your bodyfat is over 10%...You AIN'T gettin the 6pack.

Lose the fat and you'll get the 6pack.

Namuna makes a good point. People always think that for a six-pack, all they have to do is excercise their abs. Well, I don't care how strong your abs are, if they're covered in layers upon layers of fat, you ain't getting no six-pack! So, while you should do ab excercises with whatever method you choose, do a bunch of aerobic stuff as well to drop that extra baggage and THEN you can experience the joy that is having a six-pack.

I'd know. I've got one! Mwa ha ha ha! ;)

Balance Ball

Yeah Namuna is right. I don't have a six pack, that's for dang sure! But then, I don't care about being perfect, I just want to feel comfy in my skin, 'specially when I'm nekkid. :D

From this day forth Nero, I will picture you as that German kid (Gunther?) in the Simpsons. ;)

Practicing tightening your abdomen, or take up belly dancing ;)

My sister is a dance instructor & her trick to a washboard abdomen is to tighten her stomach through out the day.

Well I saw the heading, I thought you guys were talking about Budweiser...guess not.
Anyway, I saw one of those Info-mercial that sale one of those little belt gadgets that reminds you to suck in your tummy or it will vibrate. So you can get the nice firm six pack for like $50 bux or something.

Anyone remember this commercial.

I wonder how many people bought this thing?

The ab slider is a good product and it works more than just the abs. NOT the Ab ROLLER, mind you, that is just an axle and some wheels. You could construct that at come for less than the $40 they want for it. The ab slider, on the other hand, has gears and belts and such inside which let you control tension and other stuff.
