Sites with sounds for Windows events?

Hi all,

Does anyone have any good sites for sounds for Windows events? Such as when you shut down or start up the computer? A friend of mine wants to change some of his sounds and wants to know of a good site. Thought I would ask here to see what you all know.

I of course was going to look at google. I wasn't asking if there were these sites (which could obviously be accertained by a quick search), but instead if anyone knew of any good ones (which might take some time on my part to find out).
