So I'm collecting league dues for Fantasy Baseball this year and some of my less technologically advanced friends don't or won't use non CC Paypal because when the word "bank account" is used on the internets, their eyes glaze over, they mumble something about sixty minutes and clam up.

So I need to get $25 from about 9 different people without the transfer service taking a cut. Anything like that?

moneybookers still takes a cut. (according to wikipedia)
dont know about worldpay.

"Moneybookers charges its fees directly to the sender of the payment, and not - unlike the alternative PayPal - the recipient. The seller receives the full amount owed to him."

What online payment service is not going to charge a fee unless it's your own bank? How would they stay in business?
