What do you guys think of this? I checked snopes - it's legit. But, is it really worth it? Rice is the cheapest food on earth. For every question you get right, it's 10 grains of rice. At 10 questions correct per minute, that's about 5 hours to donate 1 pound of rice (about 18 cents worth.)
It's not a bad way for students in a school to learn vocabulary - they learn, and it supports a good cause. But, should someone really look at this as a cheritable activity.
And my bigger question (and the reason I chose this site to ask this): just how much money do you make from banner ads? Is the person running the site (3 banner ads for each question) making a lot of money from this??
edit: Nevermind about my bigger question - I read all the pages at the site and see that they don't make money from the site.
