Sissoft Sandra CPU benchmark for P4-B [2 SMT] 2.6Ghz 512L

I have a quation on the data shown on you Sissoft Sandra CPU benchmark for P4-B [2 SMT] 2.6Ghz 512L which offers about 20% better performance than the data without [2 SMT]. My understanding the Hyper-Treading (or HT) is only supported on P4 3Ghz or higher unless the [2 SMT] is different from HT? Would anyone care to elaborate on their difference?
