SiSoft Sandra Pro v2001se and Win2k

Has anyone had problems with Sandra and Win2k. After I install I receive a message box that says "Could not initialise device driver! Check installation." I've tried installing both the standard and pro versions and I receive the same message.

I'm running Win2k and SP1 with all other updates installed from the Windows Update site.

I would appreciate any suggestions. I've tried all of them from the FAQ already.

I get the same problem, sisoft was meant for 9x kernel not nt. most of the functions do work though. peace out.

i got that when i first installed it, but that was probably because i had sandra2001 and sandra2001se installed at the same time. i uninstalled them both then reinstalled 2001se, now i don't get that message anymore

try completely uninstalling then reinstalling

Ok, I tried reinstalling several times to no avail. So I got desperate and reinstalled Win2k. After installing all my drivers I installed Sandra 2001se Pro. I didn't install SP1 or any other software. Now when I try to run the program the Sandra screens comes up, goes away, and that is it. The program doesn't load. Could my hardware be causing this or is it windows?

I want to try to start tweaking, but I want a starting point. Is there another program for memory benchmarks?
