Sisoft Sandra Pro 2004 Error Message

I'm currently running a few benchmarks on my system to see if my Overclocking is actually making my system run faster and not just show me higher specs. When I run Sisoft Sandra Pro 2004 ( Memory Bandwidth Benchmark I get an error " Windows is out of memory or resources. Close down some applications. " I've increased my Virtual Memory to 3Gb and that didn't fix it.

Any suggestions on how to fix this issues??
