i got sissoft sandra the other day and took a look at its dignosies. it reported that my ram is running at 150mhz! pci at 50mhz, agp at 80, etc. at the moment my system is not overclocked whatsoever, except my ram is running at cas3@cas2 133, 4wayinterleave. i got reasons to believe that this is an inaccurate reading, but what i would like to know is whether anyone has the same problem?

it is inaccurate. Read the readme which came with it. Stats that there are known problems with KT133 chipsets.
