SiSandra Memory Benchmarks question

I have a dual core setup with 4 * 512MB PC3200 OCZ Premier modules in dual channel mode with 2.5-3-3-6-2T timings. I get a Sisandra Memory benchmark score of appx. 4400MB/s. Isn't this very low compared to the theoretical limit of 6400MB/s? I know I am running CAS 2.5 and 2T, but I would still have expected something around 5200-5500MB/s.

CPU: X2 4400

In that benchmark u loose about 1000mb/s for running 2T that is why your score is low. And there is nothing u can do to change that, unless u go to 1GB x2 for your memory. 4 sticks of ram on current Athlon 64 processor will force 2T.
